5 ANNUAL HOME MAINTENANCE TIPS

Whether it be on a weekly, monthly, or annually (or perhaps somewhere in between), all items in our homes require some level of maintenance.

While every home requires specific care, here are 5 common maintenance items that should be attended to at least on an annual basis:

1. Prevent water damage by re-caulking showers, tubs, and sinks

2. Secure any loose or broken roof tiling

3. Clean out lint build-up in the dryer vent and hose  

4. Refresh exterior paint

5. Drain water heater and check pressure valve

This list is not comprehensive of all annual home maintenance tips. You know your home best. Be sure that you attend to all aspects of your home to prevent damage and keep your home in proper working condition.
